Customer centric and must have an eye for seamless user interface
Translate business needs into clear user stories / product roadmap
Job Description
You will be working as a Digial Product Manager focused on executing the omnichannel digital strategy. Your top skills will be utilized to drive the e-commerce business.
Work with different stakeholders like store operators, operations, marketing, technical team, to drive the program.
Flawless execution and focus on improving customer experience at each touch point
You must love data and customer UI CENTRIC
You will be reporting to the Director of Product Management
Role, Responsibilities & Requirements
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Digital Sr. Product Manager you will partner directly with multiple team's.
Partner with UX, BA’s, Development Team and Business partners as appropriate to create business requirements, user flows and use cases. Conduct usability testing
You will drive the e-commerce business, agile development process to deliver new features and functionality, identifying and measuring key metrics to ensure a best in class customer experience across our web application
Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to inform product strategy and pipeline development
Write user stories and acceptance criteria and groom stories with developers and designers
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
Bachelors/Undergraduate Degree in a related field
2+ years of product management experience in a Ecommerce company
Oracle ATG e-commerce platform experience or similar( Magento, Shopify, Salesforce B2C etc), building omnichannel platform products
experience working in a retail industry
Experience working with Technical Development Engineers
Exposure to UX / HCI best practices.
Exposure to customer site analytics and important KPIs
Energetic and customer-centric
Proven analytical skills and problem solving ability
Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects
Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage competing priorities
Strong relationship-building skills
Ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in robust project management software such as JIRA, and Confluence
