Your main Responsibilities
• Negotiation of global, regional and local contracts
• Building relationships with vendors and internal clients
• Set up of SLA with the vendors
• Handling of business requests and participating in projects for IT contract related delivery (RFP, new services, changes, cancellations)
• Maintenance of contract management database for all current and future vendors
• Support contract owners with invoicing check & matching with contracts & variable volumes
• Fulfil reporting obligations towards vendors, users and management
Your experience and skills
• Bachelor's/Master’s Finance /Economics degree or an equivalent combination of related education, training and experience
• 3-5 years of experience in contract management with focus on IT; preferably at another Asset Manager or IT company
• Extensive negotiation experience with hardware, software and IT resource suppliers
• Knowledge of Asset Management industry
• Excellent sense of planning and control
Your competencies
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills in English as prerequisite
• Excellent administrative skills
• Proficiency with MS office applications

The BC&S department is responsible for managing the IT contract portfolio of Our company. The team purchases hardware, software and IT resources according to business needs, against best prices and applicable regulations. The team acts as a liaison between the IT managers, Legal & Compliance, Risk and the vendors in order to support the IT landscape with state of the art solutions.
