Your responsibilities:
• Manage Requests For Proposals and Due Diligence Questionnaires, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of company-level language in all responses
• Producing high quality responses, identifying key "win" themes and positioning responses for each request
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts throughout the firm to create accurate responses and to develop sales narrative
• Commit to improving the efficiency of the RFP process and quality of RFP submissions
Who you are:
You are passionate about the information you share with clients. Your own personal interest in the profession drives you to follow the latest developments in the financial sector. You are comfortable working closely with various internal stakeholders and competing priorities. You are able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Evidence of success in related field of at least 3 – 5 years, including but not limited to RFP writing, editing, consultant relations, institutional sales, client service, marketing, financial news, journalism, technical writing
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
• Self-starter with proven initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a broader team
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Particularities:
- The office is in the Hague, but colleagues are based all over the Netherlands. For the moment it is working from home, by the end of the year, we can expect to work in the office 1-2 days per week, the rest from home.
- Must-haves: Writing, project management, convincing clients to invest with Company, Bachelor degree.
