Required for a Well-known bank in UK experienced Software Engineer.

You’re a skilled software engineer with years of experience in software development. Preferably you have experience in HCM systems. You have passion for testing but you also like to grow in other areas (OPS, Dev, Analysis) in order to help your team to be as flexible as possible. You drive for delivering high quality to your end users. When you are also creative and interested in improving and automating, you can be the perfect match to our team!

You as an experienced software engineer will be an active member of the multi-skilled IT team with your primary focus on testing. You will be working together with the global HR organization to implement adjustments in Workday or to build new integrations for modules which have not been implemented in production yet. You want to understand the HR processes and grow in testing HCM systems. Communication with other IT teams and business users is essential part of your job in order to collect requirements for your test approach and get feedback on test results. You are good in organizing your own work but also able to coordinate and supervise test activities amongst global users.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing test scripts;

• Performing functional, integration and regression tests;

• Monitoring the quality of deliveries and documentation;

• Test automation where applicable;

• Guiding acceptance tests and coaching business users in terms of testing;

• Improving test processes and ways of working.

The Must-Haves:

• WO working and thinking level;

• Fluent English;

• 5+ years of experience as a tester and demonstrable testing lifecycle experience;

• Experience in working in an international environment.
