Required for a Well-Known bank in UK experienced Business Analyst.

As Business Analyst you are the link between business and IT within the tribe Business Lending. That you will gather, analyse and document the business requirements for new services and maintenance processes within this landscape and translate this into workable solutions for a PEGA DevOps team. That you contribute to the renewal of all service and maintenance processes, making a real impact. You can realise this by strengthening one of our DevOps teams of squads, working on various applications within the Area Loan Servicing

As a Business Analyst you make a difference;

The tribe business lending has the IT-responsibility for the chain “Geld Nodig Bedrijven” and is divided in 5 different Areas. The Area loan origination is responsible for all activities that are carried out for online and offline sales until disbursement. These processes can be initiated by the customer and / or the local bank.

As Business Analyst in one of our teams you:

• work in a DevOps scrum team or in a squad and together you aim for the best possible result;

• are, together with your DevOps team, responsible for creating, continuously improving and managing different applications;

• will gather, analyse and document the different requirements;

• align with different stakeholders in for example workshops, design sprints and kaizens;

• support your team with for example test activities or production issues;

• help your team improve in the DevOps way of working, taking ownership to the team and share your knowledge.

Within Business Lending we value integrity, customer focus, an improvement and embracing change mind-set and openness. In addition it is important that you are a team player and recognise yourself in the checklist below:

• 5 years or more working experience as a Business Analyst;

• Experience in or affinity with the financial sector, the banking sector in particular;

• Bachelor or Master’s degree;

• Experience in managing a complex stakeholder environment;

• Fluent in Dutch and English;

• Knowledge of and experience of Business Analysis methods and best practices;

• Knowledge of and experience with Scrum, Agile, LESS and DevOps;

• Knowledge of and experience with web and local bank applications in a complex Pega architectural chain is a plus.
