The main objectives of your role are:
• Maximize the value delivered by the two teams (‘Aces and ‘Mont Blanc’), through implementation and development of ‘Datawarehouse Financieren’.
• Act as liaison between business, IT teams, Finance and Risk to refine the product and incorporate features based on stakeholder demands and product vision
• Connect with IT and business to drive and manage the solution development process and ensure the product team understands the direction and vision
• Create and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog of work through the product life cycle.
• Together with the team translate features into user stories while managing, ranking, and prioritizing this backlog to reflect stakeholder requirements.
• Represent the customer a.k.a. Tribe Business Lending by:
o Translate the vision and goals into a roadmap
o Prepare roadmap by inventory wishes and requirements of stakeholders
o Manage Product Backlog, refine backlog and help create sprint backlogs
o Manage ideal set-up of resources together with the IT Lead
o Identify bottlenecks and solve them
o Take decisions and manage expectations
o Monitor and communicate progress on Product Backlog and business roadmap
o Forecast on progress business roadmap and manage product development
• Strive for optimal velocity with the teams in realizing the business roadmap
• Collaborate with IT Lead, Scrum Master and the team
• Collaborate with Product Owners within Tribe Business Lending – Take part in tribe and area rituals
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders within Finance and Risk
• Collaborate with the other Product Owners within the tribe
• Make and monitor agreements with stakeholders regarding the availability of people on source and consumer side (e.g. BA’s, )
Key skills

• Agile and Scrum experience (At least PSPO I certified, preferable PSPO II/III - or similar)
