Making a difference
As a Chain Product owner you are responsible for:
• Manage and liaise with multiple business lines, 25+ countries and 14 E2E business processes. Globally approx. 100 IT systems (with their individual PO’s) involved to get the job done and realize business value;
• Being operational point of contact for Program Manager, functional reporting line;
• Ensuring the business angle in IT implementation: requirements are visible, transparent and ready for implementation (involvement Business Requirement Document and IT implementation plan);
• Supporting the delivery of the integrated plan;
• Ensuring that the goals are visible, transparent and clear for all delivery teams involved and coordinate priorities for the backlogs;
• Ensuring the individual system’s Product Owners understand the priorities for the implementation of the business requirements (Epics);
• Coordination of Epics and the resulting (time) dependencies for involved systems via regular PO-meetings;
• Reporting on progress to program board and timely signalling and (if necessary) escalation of conflicts with respect to priorities on backlogs and planning issues in cooperation with IT Delivery;
• Managing chain implementation risks via RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) Log.

You will be working in a team of 22 diverse colleagues that contribute the various programs within the bank. Within your program, you will be able to meet and work on a daily basis with various stakeholders to successfully deliver the model (re)development.

• Results driven and able to prioritize;
• Strong stakeholder management, proven track record of building strong internal connections;
• Able to manage critical path and identify key dependencies;
• In addition, it’s important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:
o You have a Masters degree;
o You have knowledge of and/or strong affinity with agile way of working;
o You have knowledge of and/or strong affinity with system landscapes and architecture;
o You have knowledge of and/or strong affinity with credit risk models;
o You have knowledge of and/or strong affinity with the bank IT landscape;
o Working proficiency of English is required.
