• University Level education (bachelor or master);

• Fluent in English (verbally and in writing);

• Minimal 5 years experience as a business analyst;

• Minimal 5 years experience with Housing or Business lending products;

• Preferably some hands on experience or affinity with Java and/ or SAP;

• Knowledge of agile software development / testing using scrum methodology.
