Required for a Well-known bank in UK a Business Analist C.

Your role:

You will be working for the two Online Banking areas in the tribe Digital Platform: area Consumers, where we develop the mobile and internet banking for retail customers, and the area Business, where we do the same for business customers worldwide.

As business analyst you are working on translating area related questions and challenges into functional and technical solutions. You are able to support and guide the squads and product owners with these renewing solutions and contribute to creating ever better relevant client interactions.

For major topics, you will work directly with one or more scrum teams. You will also have regular consultation with the other business analysts of the areas. You can make an impact by convincing, influencing and inspiring your stakeholders and continuously improve the way we work so we can become the most customer-oriented bank in the Netherlands. You will have to be socially flexible and able to build relationships using excellent communication and interviewing skills.

As a business analyst you can take the lead!

Apart from fulfilling your regular business analyst activities, we also require you to help us shaping the future of the business analyst role. With the Agile and DevOps transformations, today the business analyst capability is also expected from our squads and from the product owner. That doesn’t mean we cannot do without any business analysts. We expect you to take the lead in envisioning the future business analyst role and together with the other business analysts lead the change in this direction.

• Completed a bachelor or master degree in Computer Sciences, Communication, Business IT or similar;

• More than 8 years’ experience in translating business and end-user interests to IT solutions;

• Strong business analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills;

• Have a great sense on business value;

• Knowledge and experience in working Agile, Scrum and information management methods;

• Having a vision on modern fulfilment of the business analyst role and organizational change;

• Fluent in Dutch and / or English, both verbal and written
