Key responsibilities for the role:
• Ensure timely delivery & quality of overall progress reporting and project management results
• Monitors and reports on Portfolio / Program / Project budget and resources
• Stakeholder Management for an extensive group - information sharing, risk/issue tracking, change control, support
• Announce, Plan and coordinating Program level events (Increment Planning, Increment Demo, other informal events)
• Provides accurate dashboards and all regular reporting & metrics, develop meaningful systems to manage data. #LI-Netherlands
• Safeguarding quality aspects of Portfolio / Project
• Secures documentation of all relevant project and portfolio management documents, decisions and changes
• Develop reporting systems and present analysis to management for decision-making.
To be successful in the role:
• Hands-on experience in managing IT project delivery of minimum 10 people for a period at least 6 months
• Good knowledge and understanding of Program Governance and Stakeholder Management
• Understanding of Agile and scaled Agile methodology + knowledge of PRINCE2/MSP processes
• Understanding of project delivery phases and acceptance processes in a fast-paced business environment
• Flexible and Pragmatic approach and Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Dutch
• Result driven and flexible when needed (customer focused)
• Demonstrate a learning attitude: actively seek feedback; learn and develop based on experience and feedback
• Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Sharepoint and Microsoft Project
• PRINCE2 Agile Foundation
