As part of our digital roadmap, PPL is implementing several IT systems to enable the improvement and digitization of our PPL processes. The coming year 3 different projects will run in parallel:
• Document generator, digital signature and digital personnel file (o.a. Open Text)
• Time and attendance (S4HANA, workstream of overall OneERP project))
• Expense management (system currently in tender phase)
• Payroll (preparation will start approx. end of 2021)
Therefore we are searching for an ad-interim Business Process Manager in this area. The Business Process Manager (BPM) builds the bridge between the functional process owners and key users in the Centers of Expertise of People (PPL) and IT.
Next to running the daily business (continuous process improvement and coordination of issue/problem management in NL and GER) together with key-users the BPM plays a pivotal role in our digitization projects and is content wise the main contact point for the project manager and process owner in People Operations.
Tasks and responsibilities
• Drive the GER and NL implementation of OpenText
o In alignment with the projectmanager coordinate template building (set-up of workflows for signing), coordinate test-, training, cutover and after go live support for both NL as GER
• Support role in running projects ( Time and attendance and Expense management
o Coordinates (together with the BPM the different phases of the project)
o Cooperating with various stakeholders within NL/DE
o Executes key user activities when needed to support the PPL Operations and Payroll colleagues (execute testing, communication, training and hyper-/after care activities
• Leading incident and problem management
o Escalation point for key users in case of incidents and service requests
o Contact for AMS partner to define assignments for problems (complex issues)
o Align with other BPMs to solve occurring issues
o Attend design authority meeting to prioritize backlog items
• Running continuous improvement
o Align with business partners, key-users and process owners on improvement potential
o Define improvements and align with other BPMs and AMS partner
o Analyse process performance based on lean methods
o Pro-actively translates functional approaches/concepts and requirements in end to end process design
o Coordinates the maintenance of process design and documentation via the key-users
Functional requirements
• University degree in business administration
• Knowledge and experience with HR processes and systems and implementation projects preferably with SAP Success Factors, OpenText, SAPS4, IFS .
• For this vacancy there will be focus on the area of Payroll and Document management
• Due to current harmonization of our NL and GER organization towards a new operating model this position is asked to be self-starting and able to work in a fast changing environment.
• Experience with Lean preferably certified in Lean/Six Sigma
• Experience with data, data analytics
• Preferably background in business and/or IT consultancy
